ENCOMPASS was proud to sponsor BC HRMA Southern Interior’s Annual Holiday Social, the Jingle Mingle (December 5, 2012) at the Hotel El Dorado in Kelowna, BC. Our firm has had the privilege of sponsoring this event for the past 4 years. It’s our pleasure to celebrate each Christmas season with our fellow HR professionals.
We support this event because many of our clients are the attendees: HRMA members and HR professionals. We have heard loud and clear that benefits and retirement saving plan programs are critical for the HR professional occupation to do well – to be strategic and competitive, while properly protecting their employees. They are constantly trying to add value, compete and manage costs in their roles. Our commitment as a firm is to ensure they accomplish those objectives fully, making the best available decisions.
The silent auction held as part of the event raised funds in support of Muscular Dystrophy Canada, represented by Daniel Cunningham (who suffers from MD) and his parents Cathy and Ken.
Our door prizes were awarded by our office to Haley Naime and Frank Byl.
